What is the active ingredient of the product that whitennes teeth?
b.glen Dental’s Whitening Gel uses Carbamide Peroxide as an active ingredient. The product also uses the proprietary technology to lift stains from the surface of the teeth. This synergy allows to keep the active ingredient low percentage while maintaining high whitening effect.
I spilled the product on my clothes. Would they change color?
It is possible that your clothes might change color or bleached because of the active ingredient. Rinse the clothes with water immediately to prevent color change.

There should be no effect to them.

Please start with 10 minutes a day. Once you get used to it, please extend it to 20 minutes, 30 minutes and so on.
Should I do teeth whitening after brushing my teeth? When is more preferred to do teeth whitening in the morning, during the day or at night?
It is recommended to clean your teeth by brushing before teeth whitening for more effective teeth whitening.
It is recommended to do it at night before going to bed and make it a habit.
Do I need the Whitening Tray to do teeth whitening?
You don’t have to use Whitening Tray. In fact, you may use the product along with tooth paste and brush your teeth with it. It might take longer but your teeth will become whiter gradually. Please dispense the Whitening Gel (one application) to a tooth brush along with a tooth paste with an equal amount. Brush your teeth gently for 10 minutes as if you are rubbing the surface your teeth. Using an electrical brush is recommended for maximum results.
Would cavities and blisters affect Teeth Whitening?
Yes. It is likely to affect your teeth whitening experience.
Should you have cavities, gingivitis, blisters and any other infections and inflammation, please treat them prior to teeth whitening because they can lead to pain and further inflammation. For those who have following conditions, please consult your dentist:

Periodontics with receded gums, exposing the root of teeth

Does the product cause sensitivity and pain?
While our product is developed to combat the specific problem, it is possible that some of our customer with extreme hypersensitive teeth might experience discomfort and sensitivity.
Therefore, it is recommended to use smaller amount of product and less than 10 minutes in the beginning. If you experience no problems, increase the amount and length for more effective whitening. The product has tri-fold anti-sensitivity solutions:

Is the product harmful if swallowed during teeth whitening?

Can the product be used when pregnant or breastfeeding?
